Resillience is about our own personal journeys through loss, love and rising above. Recovering from loss, mourning, and learning to move forward is very difficult but a part of life. This process builds something called resilience. No matter what type of pain one faces, being open to love and relying on others for a little support now and then takes strength. Throughout making this album over the past 2 years, we went through a lot, healed from a lot and want to share a message of hope without hiding the difficult parts. We hope you the listener can connect with these sentiments and feel less alone through difficult feelings. We also hope you can turn on our music when you need some love and positivity in your life, with a message to keep on going!!
